How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Box Office window, by calling the Box Office at (510) 881-6777, or through our website,

When is the Box Office open?

Box Office hours are Tuesday through Friday, 1:00-5:00pm, and one hour prior to curtain.

Are food and beverages available?

Before the show and during Intermission, our concession stand sells a variety of hot and cold beverages, nuts, candy, and cookies.  All beverages (coffee, hot chocolate, teas, Classic Coke, Diet Coke, 7-Up, Diet 7-Up and bottled water) cost $1.00.  All snacks cost $2.00.  Wine is also available (a donation is suggested).

Can I take my food/drink into the auditorium?

Lidded concession beverages may be brought into the theatre.  No food or beverages without lids are permitted inside the auditorium.

What accommodations are available for people in wheelchairs?

Wheelchair patrons are seated in row G of the auditorium.  A companion can sit in a chair next to the wheelchair patron.  Please call the Box Office directly at (510) 881-6777 to purchase these seats.

Do you have assisted listening devices?

Yes.  Our theatre is equipped with a sound augmentation system.  Please see the House Manager to check out a headset for use during the show.

Is parking available?

We have a large, paved parking lot to the north of the theatre as well as two smaller dirt lots located along Crescent Street.  There is also a small lot, mainly disabled parking, located between the theatre and the Hayward Area Senior Center.  All parking is free and without time restrictions.

When do the lobby and auditorium open?

The lobby opens one hour before curtain.  The auditorium doors open 30 minutes before curtain.
