It takes a lot of work, from the actors as well
as from the technical folks, to mount one of our production.
On this page, we'd like to invite you backstage to see what's
going on as we prepare Cat on a Hot Tin Roof for opening
night. As usual, the most recent photos are at the top.
Also, if your computer is set up to view streaming
video, you can watch a time-lapse movie of our previous set
(for Urinetown) going up. This was photographed by
BJ West over a period of a few weeks, and is a hoot to watch.
You will need the Quicktime (R) plug-in and a high-speed connection,
and you can view it at BJ's own Web site, at http://www.kelpentertainment.com/Urinetown.
This is a new thing for us, so please let us know if you enjoyed
it, or if you had any technical difficulties.
Although we're not expecting to do a similar
movie for Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, we do hope to do one
for other shows in the future.
Enjoy!

exclusively on our sets.
