Advertising in one of our printed programs is
a win-win-win situation: you get your business name in front
of our patrons just when they are sitting down and reading
the program before the show; you let prospective customers
know that you support the arts in your community; and you
help defray the costs of printing the programs.
Our programs are especially designed for each
of our shows and concerts. They are offset printed in black
and white and bound as 5.5 x 8.5 booklets, typically
consisting of sixteen pages (plus the covers) for plays and
musicals, and twelve pages (plus covers) for the chorus concerts.
The insides of the front and back covers are available for
ad placement, although the outside of the back cover is reserved
for information about our parent organization (HARD).
We typically print between 1,800 and 2,500 copies
of the program for each play and musical, depending on the
anticipated audience, and 750 copies for each chorus concert.
Your ad will be printed right alongside our cast and production
notes and credits, so it will be seen by all our patrons as
they peruse the program prior to the start of each performance.

If you plan on having photos of people in your
ad, you will also need a Model
Release.
