Book by GREG KOTIS
Lyrics by GREG KOTIS and MARK HOLLMANN
Music by MARK HOLLMANN
One of the most uproariously
funny musicals in recent years, URINETOWN is a hilarious
tale of greed, corruption, love, and revolution in a time
when water is worth its weight in gold. From the
hopeless masses, Bobby Strong resists poverty and oppression
to lead the down-and-out into frenzied "revolution"
(read "production number after production number").
A melodrama for the ages and praised for reinvigorating
the very notion of what a musical could be, URINETOWN catapults
the "comedic romp" into an unknown future with
its outrageous perspective, wickedly modern wit, and sustained
ability to produce gales of unbridled laughter.

The Classic American play by Tennessee
Williams
July 11 July 27, 2008

Passion, Greed, Conniving Relatives, Explosive
Secrets;
Just Another Evening With The Family, Tennessee Williams
style!
In a plantation house, a family celebrates
the sixty-fifth birthday of
Big Daddy, as they sentimentally dub him. The
mood is somber,
despite the festivities, because a number of evils poison
the gaiety:
greed, sins of the past and desperate, clawing hopes for
the future spar with one another, as Tennessee Williams
bring to the stage the unforgettable character of Maggie,
the cat.

A mystery by J.B. Priestley
July 11 July 27, 2008

AN INSPECTOR CALLS is an effective presentation
of the strange twists that take place in human beings when
their consciences are affected. In an English industrial city
in 1912, a young girl commits suicide and an eminently respectable
British family is subject to a routine inquiry in connection
with the death. An inspector calls to interrogate the family,
and during the course of his questioning, all members of the
group are implicated lightly or deeply in the girl's undoing.
The family, closely knit and friendly at the beginning of
the evening, is shown up as selfish, self-centered or cowardly,
its good humor turning to acid, and good fellowship to dislike,
before the evening is over.
